Founded by Marko Cerar and Matevž Poklukar, two friends who met while guiding with 3glav Adventures, our story began not in an office, but on the road - sharing Slovenia’s hidden corners, its people, and its stories with travelers from around the world.
After years of guiding thousands of guests through emerald rivers, mountain passes, and quiet lakeshores, we realized something: what truly makes a journey unforgettable isn’t the destination - it’s how it makes you feel. That idea became the foundation of Exclusive Slovenia: a travel experience that blends authenticity, comfort, and personal connection.

Matevž, with international experience from living in Sweden, Italy, and Portugal, adds youthful energy, creativity, and a modern perspective on luxury travel. Together, we craft experiences that are seamless yet spontaneous - combining Marko’s precision with Matevž’s fresh curiosity. With over a decade of experience guiding travelers from all over the world, Marko brings calm professionalism and deep expertise to every journey.
A former professional athlete and certified tour guide, he built his career on precision, discipline, and a genuine love for storytelling. Having worked extensively with VIP guests, Marko knows how to balance seamless organization with authentic connection - making every moment feel effortless and personal. For him, luxury lies in the details: in knowing when to step back, when to share a story, and when to let Slovenia’s natural beauty speak for itself.
Matevž Poklukar

Energetic, curious, and globally minded, Matevž represents a new generation of travel design. After years of working as a guide for 3glav Adventures and within Slovenia’s tourism boards and national parks, he brings both operational know-how and a fresh creative approach. His international background — having lived in Sweden, Italy, and Portugal - gives him a unique perspective on what modern travelers value most: authenticity, comfort, and connection. Driven by people and stories, Matevž designs experiences that feel spontaneous yet perfectly curated - where guests don’t just see Slovenia, they feel it.
