​1. How do I book a tour with Exclusive Slovenia?

Simply submit an enquiry through our website or contact us directly via email or phone. Once we receive your request, we’ll promptly reply with a personalized proposal and all the details to confirm your experience.

​

2. Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?

Yes. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the tour date.

 

 3. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change.

More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund (minus processing fees)

7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund

Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

If a tour must be cancelled due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 4. Are your tours private?

Yes. All our experiences are completely private and tailor-made — designed exclusively for you and your travel companions. You’ll have your own professional driver and certified local English-speaking guide throughout the day.

 5. Can we customize the itinerary?

Absolutely. Every journey with us is fully bespoke. Whether you’d like to add a gourmet experience, a short hike, or visit a hidden local gem, we’ll adapt the itinerary to your preferences and timing.

 6. What’s included in the price?

Each tour includes:

Photos

Private transportation in a luxury Mercedes vehicle

Certified English-speaking local guide

Bottled water and small refreshments

All listed entrance fees (unless stated otherwise)

Optional extras such as fine dining, wine tastings, or special experiences can be arranged upon request.

 

 7. Where do the tours start and end?

Most tours start and end at your accommodation (hotel, apartment, or villa) in Bled, Ljubljana, or nearby areas. Pickup and drop-off in other regions can be arranged upon request.

 8. Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we provide VIP airport transfers from Ljubljana, Venice, Zagreb, and other nearby airports in luxury Mercedes vehicles. We can also arrange transfers as part of your tour package.

 9. What should I bring?

We recommend comfortable footwear, a camera, and weather-appropriate clothing. For mountain or outdoor tours, a light jacket and sunglasses are ideal.

 10. What happens in case of bad weather?

Your safety and comfort come first. If conditions make a tour unsafe or unpleasant, we’ll adjust the itinerary, reschedule, or offer a refund when applicable.

 11. Do you offer multi-day or custom-made trips?

Yes — we specialize in private multi-day journeys across Slovenia and neighboring countries (Italy, Austria, Croatia). Contact us and we’ll design a fully personalized itinerary around your schedule and interests.

 12. Can you help with hotel or restaurant recommendations?

Of course. We work closely with Slovenia’s top boutique hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants and can assist you with reservations or curated dining suggestions.

 13. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during the summer season, to ensure your preferred dates and experiences are available.

14. Are children welcome on tours?

Yes! Families are more than welcome. We can tailor tours for all ages — with easy walks, family-friendly attractions, and flexible timing.

15. Transfer info?

Small group private tour - up to 7 people per van (Mercedes V class)

or up to 3 people per car (Mercedes E class)

Not suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
