Every journey with Exclusive Slovenia is designed to be seamless from start to finish. To ensure a smooth experience, please take a moment to review our booking conditions below.
1. Securing Your Reservation
Once you’ve approved your tailor-made itinerary and wish to proceed, we’ll provide a secure payment link to confirm your booking. This guarantees that your personal guide, luxury vehicle, and itinerary are reserved exclusively for you.
For custom multi-day experiences or group requests, a 30% deposit option may be available upon request.

2. Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online payment methods.
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive written confirmation from us.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair:

More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund (minus processing fees)
7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund
Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

If a tour must be cancelled due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Flexibility & Itinerary Adjustments
Each journey is tailor-made to your interests and comfort. Occasionally, adjustments may be required due to weather, road conditions, or local restrictions. In such cases, our team ensures the quality and spirit of the experience remain exceptional.
5. Health, Safety & Insurance
Your well-being is our top priority. Guests are responsible for having valid travel and medical insurance covering personal injury, cancellation, and loss of property. All tours are operated by licensed guides and professional drivers who adhere to the highest safety standards.
6. Responsibility & Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a flawless experience, Exclusive Slovenia cannot accept responsibility for events beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, or force majeure).
We guarantee, however, that your satisfaction and safety remain at the heart of everything we do.
